Carl Twitty died at the Falls City Community Medical Center in Falls City, Nebraska, at the age of 47. He suffered a fatal heart attack. He resided in Falls City, Nebraska. He was the son of Waunieta Ellen (Hicks) Lewis and Charles Lewis, one of five siblings. He attended schools in Rockport, Missouri and Craig, Missouri. He completed through the 10th grade. He married Rosa Blevins on September 1st, 1989 at the First Brethern Church in Falls City, Nebraska. Carl enjoyed computers, playing the guitar, and had a passion for driving trucks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Waunieta Lewis, a sister, Susan Mitchell, and an infant son, Preston Alexander Twitty. He is survived by: His wife of 18 years, Rosa Twitty of Falls City, Nebraska, two sons, Joshua Barr, and Zachary Twitty, and daughter, Ashley Twitty, two sisters, Pamela Harris of Lincoln, Nebraska, Peggy Slemp of Tarkio, Missouri, and a brother, Kenneth Lewis of Falls City, Nebraska.
